On November 2, TV Pirveli aired journalistic investigation based on more than 1000 internal documents, spreadsheets, lists, as well as text and voice messages leaked from the Georgian Dream, which indicate that on the Election Day, the party had set up a covert network of call centers in the rented offices near the polling stations, where the Captains were in charge of voter suppression. The leaked documents show that about 6,000 Captains were registered on the digital platform specially created for 2024 Elections. GD had allegedly assigned a unique code/number to each adult citizen throughout the country who was eligible to vote. Each Captain was in charge of the group that had to force the voters to vote for GD. People, who were part of call center operation were paid in cash.
