Georgian Dream’s Secret Network to Control Elections

15 November 2024

.Camouflage interviews by Studio Monitor feature employees of the Georgian Dream’s call centers confirming the payment of 150 GEL in exchange to their work on the Election Day.

Journalistic investigation shows how Responsible Persons from GD network, registered as independent observers, have been providing call centers with the personal data of each voter at the polling station. GD does not deny existence of call centers, but claims the goal was to mobilize party’s supporters only, however, Studio Monitor’s investigation argues that the ruling party has been collecting personal  data of every citizen who voted. The experts and independent observers believe that the control of voter turnout in live regime enabled GD to operate widely with multiple election carousels.
